Refund Policy

Our Commitment
At BulkWork Suite! Self-Hosted Business Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and honest service. Because our products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and us as a small indie software business.
You may request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The product files have not been downloaded from your customer account.
- The license key has not been activated or registered on any domain or website.
- The request is made through a valid support ticket referencing your order number.
Refunds will not be issued in any of the following cases:
- The product files have been downloaded at least once from your customer portal.
- The license key has been activated or a domain URL has been registered against it.
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
- The product was purchased at a discounted or promotional price and the discount condition was honored.
- The issue is caused by incompatibility with your server environment, hosting, or third-party software, where our product itself works as documented.
- You simply changed your mind after downloading/activating.
- The account was banned for piracy, license abuse, or Terms of Service violations.
Why downloads count as acceptance
All file downloads are logged by our system with a timestamp and your IP address. Once a file is downloaded, the software is in your possession and is no longer returnable — similar to opening software packaging in a retail store. This policy protects the integrity of our products and ensures fair pricing for all customers.
If a product is genuinely defective, broken, or does not match its description even before download, we will first make every effort to resolve the issue through our support system. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued at our discretion even if the file was downloaded, provided the issue is verified by our support team.
- Log in to your customer account.
- Open a new Support Ticket.
- Select Refund Request as the subject and provide your order number.
- Briefly explain the reason for your request.
- Our team will review and respond within 1–3 business days.
You may also email us at support@bulkworksuite.com if you are unable to access your customer account.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Stripe and PayPal refunds typically appear faster (2–5 days). We will notify you by email when the refund is processed. Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be revoked and download access for that product will be removed.
