By placing an order or accessing your account at BulkWork Suite! Self-Hosted Business Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
BulkWork Suite! Self-Hosted Business Solutions sells digital software products including scripts, add-ons, themes, and related digital goods ("Products"). We are operated by BulkWork Suite. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean BulkWork Suite! Self-Hosted Business Solutions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
All products are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license under the following conditions:
- Single-domain license — each license key is valid for one (1) production domain unless the order explicitly states otherwise.
- Multiple licenses — if you purchase more than one license in a single order, each is issued separately and may be activated on one domain each.
- Personal or commercial use — you may use the product on a website you own or manage. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or include the product in another product offered for sale or download.
- No source-code redistribution — you may not publicly release or distribute the source code of any product, modified or unmodified.
- Updates — active licenses include access to all updates released during the license term as described on the product page.
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your card details.
- Orders are fulfilled automatically upon payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your license key and download link.
- We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Our full refund policy is available on the Refund Policy page. In summary:
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not available once the product file has been downloaded or the license key has been activated.
- Installation service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Where offered, our installation service is carried out by our team on your server. By requesting installation you agree to:
- Provide accurate and working server credentials via the secure ticket credential form.
- Ensure you have the legal right to grant us access to the server.
- Accept that we are not responsible for pre-existing server misconfigurations or incompatibilities.
Server credentials submitted through the ticket system are encrypted at rest and deleted upon request or ticket closure.
- Support is provided via our ticket system for verified customers (those with a confirmed purchase).
- We aim to respond within 1–3 business days. Response times are not guaranteed.
- Support covers installation assistance, bug fixes related to our code, and usage questions. It does not include custom development, third-party integrations, or server administration beyond what is needed to run the product.
- We reserve the right to close tickets that are abusive, off-topic, or submitted in bad faith.
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of obfuscated components.
- Use our products to build or power a competing store or marketplace for scripts and digital goods.
- Share, resell, or transfer your license key to another person or organisation without our prior written consent.
- Use our products in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to circumvent license verification mechanisms.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate license revocation and account suspension without refund.
9. License Revocation
We reserve the right to revoke a license key and suspend an account without notice or refund if:
- The license is found to be shared, pirated, or used in violation of these terms.
- A chargeback or payment dispute is filed without first contacting us.
- The account is used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
All products, source code, designs, and content sold on BulkWork Suite! Self-Hosted Business Solutions remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Purchase grants you a license to use the product — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any product will be error-free, compatible with every server environment, or meet every specific requirement. You are responsible for testing the product in a staging environment before deploying to production.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkWork Suite! Self-Hosted Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BulkWork Suite operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
